COVID-19 Information for In-Person Courses
Under current government guidelines, we are able to run the courses at all 'traffic light' settings - Red (including at all phases), Orange, and Green. This may change in the future, but at this stage we are able to run the courses.
We want to reduce the risk of ourselves and our course participants getting COVID-19, or passing it on to our whānau and community. All course participants will need to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. Surgical or N95 mask wearing is recommended but not compulsory.
If you have been asked to self-isolate due to being exposed to a Covid 19 positive case, or you are sick, then you are unable to attend the course! On some courses (Integration and Business) we can enable joining the course remotely live - we need to arrange this in advance so get in contact with Simon to discuss this.
If on the week of the course, we have large numbers of participants who are required to self-isolate, or who have Covid, then we will likely reschedule the course to an alternate date later in the year. This decision will be made the week of the course by Melissa and Simon and we will let you know asap if it is going to be rescheduled. This will also occur if Melissa is unable to teach due to either self-isolation requirements or sickness.
If we move the course to an alternate date, then you will be offered a refund or a spot on the new date, whichever suits you. Please take this into account if you are flying in for the course or booking accommodation, make sure you have flexible arrangements in place in case of the course having to be rescheduled.
